    You can check in from 3:00 PM and collect your room key.The reception is open 24/7 every day.You can also leave your luggage and enjoy the city if you arrive earlier in the day.Check-out is before 11:00 PM.

  • Is the reception open 24/7 ?

    Yes, the reception is open 24/7 every day.

  • Do you have a luggage storage service ?

    We can store your luggage before check-in if you arrive before 3:00 PM and after your departure.

  • Can I take a shower before or after accessing my room ?

    Yes, you can freshen up before your arrival or after your departure. We have a courtesy shower available.

Rooms

  • Can I smoke in the room ?

    All our rooms, including the hotel’s common areas, are non-smoking.
    However, we have a terrace at the hotel entrance where you can smoke.

  • I forgot my shampoo. Do you provide basic amenities ?

    All our rooms are equipped with welcome products (shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and soap).
    We also provide dental kits and shaving kits on request at the reception.

  • Do the rooms have Air-conditioning/heating ?

    Yes, all our rooms are equipped with both air conditioning and heating.

  • Is there a minibar in the room ?

    Our superior rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge.

  • Can I eat in my room ?

    Yes, you are allowed to eat and order food in your room.

  • Do you have rooms with a sea view ?

    No, our rooms offer views of the courtyard or the street.

  • Do you have family rooms ?

    We have rooms that can accommodate up to 3 people.
    However, we do not have connecting rooms.

  • Do you have twin rooms ?

    Yes, the hotel has rooms with two separate single beds.

  • Can you provide a baby cot in my room ?

    We can provide and set up a baby cot in your room upon request, free of charge.

  • Do you have bathtubs ?

    We have rooms with bathtubs and rooms with showers.

Booking

  • Is breakfast included in the room price ?

    This depends on the rate plan you choose. You can also have breakfast on-site for €14 per person.

  • I am a person with reduced mobility. Do you have accessible rooms ?

    Yes, we have rooms accessible by elevator that are adapted for people with reduced mobility.

  • Do you accept pets ?

    Yes, we are happy to welcome pets. A supplement of €9 per night applies.

  • What payment methods do you accept ?

    We accept cash, credit cards, and ANCV holiday vouchers.
    We do not accept bank checks or American Express cards.

  • What is the amount of the tourist tax ?

    The tourist tax is €2.28 per person per night.

  • Is it possible to pay on-site ?

    For all reservations made through our website or by phone, we require a credit card as a guarantee. You can pay the full amount on-site.
    For non-refundable bookings, the amount for the first night will be charged in case of cancellation.

  • How do I get to the hotel from the airport ?

    To reach the hotel, take Tram Line 2 (Port Lympia Direction) and get off at the “Jean Médecin” station.
    The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the station: walk up Jean Médecin Avenue to the Célio store, then turn left.

  • Can I book a shuttle/transfer from the airport ?

    Yes, you can book a transfer through reception.
    For an airport transfer, we will need the following information:
    • Flight number
    • Arrival time
    • Phone number

    The driver will wait for you in front of your terminal.
    • From the airport: €55
    • To the airport: €35
    • +€10 for night rates (from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)

  • How do I get to the hotel from the train station ?

    Walk down Jean Médecin Avenue for 700 meters – a 7-minute walk.

  • How do I get to the hotel by car ?

    • Exit 55: Direction Nice Centre (arriving from the East)
    • Exit 50: Promenade des Anglais (Nice Centre), follow the signs for Gare SNCF (arriving from the West).

  • Do you have a parking ?

    The hotel does not have a private parking. However, we have a partnership with the public NICE ÉTOILE parking lot in front of the hotel: €23 for 24 hours if you present your reservation at the parking office within the first 24 hours after parking.

  • Is there a drop-off zone in front of the hotel ?

    If you need to drop off your luggage, we recommend stopping on Paul Déroulède Street with your hazard lights on.

  • Do you have parking for two-wheelers ?

    There are two-wheeler parking spots near the hotel.

  • Where can I find a charging station for my electric car ?

    We offer special services, including flower bouquets, champagne bottles, and fine macarons.

  • I don’t want to pack a towel. Can you lend me one for the beach ?

    Yes, we lend beach towels and umbrellas at the reception.
